Beyond Hell

This is a love-hate drama that explores modern family issues such as moral harassment, infertility, matchmaking apps for married people, domestic violence from wives, and cuckooing. The protagonist, 29-year-old Yashima Risa, works at a life insurance company and leads a stable life, but her relationship with her husband of three years is strained by obligatory fertility treatments. One day, this innocent and earnest woman meets a handsome man named Jochi Ryo, who is suffering from violence from his wife. However, her meddlesome desire to “save him” eventually turns into love, and Risa finds herself falling into a hellish affair.
